You sure can! You can  login your account and  check on the status of your order on our Order Tracking section.

How long do I have to wait for my loupes or headlights after I have ordered them?

The Free Demo Loupes & Headlight will normally be shipped in 2-3 business days.  

The Custom-Made Loupes will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. Your orders will usually reach you much faster, but may take up to full 3 weeks depending on the complexity of your order.

What shipping methods do you offer?

For US & Canada customers, we offer free shipping via USPS or UPS shipping for a fee.  

For all other countries, we offer USPS at $69 per order or UPS at calculated cost .
